A new word list will be sent for the National Finals, but it will only be used on the _last day (Saturday, 1st August, Grand Finale).

– Schools that have already qualified should continue using the preliminary word list to prepare their spellers.

– The preliminary word list will be used on Day 1 (30th July) and Day 2 (31st July).

– The NEW WORD LIST will be released two weeks before the National Finals and will be used on Day 3 (1st August) for the grand finale.

NOTE: If the competition becomes very tough and it’s hard to get a winner, we may eventually go beyond the national word list. 

Please make sure your spellers are well prepared for the National Finals, as they will be competing with top students from all over the country.
